Alex Fitzgerald brings a lifelong passion and deep expertise in the foodservice industry. His journey began in a small restaurant as a teen and led him through culinary school, building a foundational understanding of successful operations from the ground up. Most recently, Alex spent time as a restaurant consultant, where he helped operators navigate complex challenges and identify key opportunities to run their businesses as effectively as possible.  His daily motivation stems from a core belief in strengthening relationships and taking genuine pride in helping partners achieve success.
